Using this mod and Danger Ahead (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3067510689&searchtext=danger+ahead) makes the "danger" symbol on the doors overlap with Isaac and follow his movement. I dunno why this happens but great mod nonetheless
