Paddywhacker Hand Cannon (Rapture Version) [Desert Eagle] ORIGINAL MOD BY AL

Description
This mod replaces the Desert Eagle with the Hand Cannon from Bioshock Infinite, specifically how it looks in Burial At Sea Episodes 1 and 2.
This is a slightly modified version of an existing mod that does the same thing: this mod just removes the RNG that changes the Hand Cannon while keeping the Rapture design.
