9MM RIP is a cartridge designed for maximum fragmentation upon impact, to cause as much damage as possible or something like that, it's cool and possible illegal in some places i think

CHANGES:

* 45 Damage
* 17 Round Magazines
* Higher "PenetrationPower" (damage multiplier inflicted upon impact)
* Default Penetration (not very high on it's own)
