Mercenary Trader Light

A lightweight version of a larger economy mod. This version contains a compact set of changes that stabilize the mission economy. Factions will expand more aggressively while ahead, and defend more while behind. Missions have longer durations. The overall effect is that factions won't automatically snowball as much, and players have more time to react to missions.

Faction elimination can, and on a long enough timeline (5-7 years) will still occur. Certain factions will still need a degree of special attention to succeed, but are much more likely to succeed if given that attention.

This release is for the 0.9 version of the game. I can't guarantee compatibility with the Beta branches or future releases.
