Meth Is Rare (Meth Mod)

The DEA has cracked down, making all major factions tighten their security around anything that could be used to manufacture drugs. As a result, the ingredients needed to make meth must be acquired outside of the major cities- in hives, the swamps, or Mongrel.

What this mod does is forbid the meth mod ingredients from all major factions, resulting in them only being purchasable *outside* of them, and/or requiring the player to start manufacturing their own. Meth shouldn't be easy.
