[HOW TO INSTALL]

1.go to "\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\223470"
2. click onto the folder named "3483735963"
3.grab the file and drag it onto "\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\Textures"
4.replace the file and it should work
