Nightmare Difficulty

Description
Adds an ultra-hard 'Nightmare' combat difficulty mode that reduces the damage dealt to enemies by 40% and increases damage from enemies by 40%.

Additionally, it adjusts the wandering pirates. The amount is increased and their patrol range. Stations are protected from those wandering pirates.
