Summary:
Adjustments made to lock all forms of hero recruitment into the Imperium economy:
Hero Recruit base cost increased to 25 Imperium from 0 Imperium
Resurrect Hero base cost increased to 25 Imperium from 0 Imperium
Resurrect Hero scaling cost increased to 50 Mana & 5 Imperium per level from 50 Mana per level
Reanimate Hero base cost increased to 25 Imperium from 0 Imperium
Reanimate Hero scaling cost increased to 25 Souls & 5 Imperium per level from 25 Souls per level
Pantheon Hero Recruit base cost increased to 1500 Mana & 50 Imperium from 1500 Mana
Base Hero Capture Chance increased from 25% to 35% (chance to enter Prison instead of Crypt)
Selling Hero Remains base income increased from 0 Imperium to 25 Imperium
This mod overwrites the ‘AI Lvl Hero Recruit Cost Discount’ entries in the ‘StrategicAI.rpk’ and will not be compatible with any other mod that edits the same entry but can be freely overwritten.
This should be limited to other difficulty mods, primarily ones that remove AI ‘cheats’.
If using AI rebalancing mods load them after Everyday Heroes to overwrite the AI Hero Recruit cost changes.
If you load Fairplay AI after this mod it should overwrite my changes to AI recruitment discount.
The AI discount is a separate entry from the main mod so it won't affect anything else.
I'll update the description to suit.

Still testing to see how effective it is. May need some value tweaks for Hero recruitment discount the AI gets, but basic working theory is AI has much less Imperium than other resources so it's easier for them to run out limiting how frequently then can purchases new heroes.
Reduced availability of hero cap definitely helps as well, but still not sure if I'm happy with the pacing - may be a little too slow
