Brams Campaign Package [Client]

A combination of most of my self-made campaign mods.

Includes:
Fair Campaign Upgrades, which makes all ship upgrades available to all ship classes.
Brams Campaign Roles, adding extra roles, including a default Crewmember role.
And the items used in Public Campaign Enhancements, a mod I use to make my campaigns harder to grief.

This will realistically not be usable without the server-side mod, however I am not sure if I want to release that publically yet.
