Sir Rolins Vanilla Segment Overhaul - Smaller Size Bias

Haven't found another mod that did just this.
So I decided it should be a thing of my own.

This version standardizes the favouritism of breaking down weapon slots to smaller sizes.

For the most part Vanilla weapon slot values work like this:
T = 16, XL = 8, L = 4, H = 4, M = 2, G = 2, S = 1, P = 1

In other words 4 small is equal to 1 large weapon, but in vanilla only some segments rewards breaking down the sizes, such as the intercepter sterns.

Changes other than implementing that rule:
Frigates
- Added Picket Segment

My other version, No Size Bias, removes all "bonus" auxilary slots from intercepter sterns:
