[OBSOLETE] CS:S Knife Redux but reskinnable

Description
Cuba's knife mod but now using the default knife viewmodel, allowing for reskin compatibility.

Also edits the anims to make higher viewmodel FOV's nicer and removes the screenshake on shove.
