Description
I still wish you were here.

A simple mod that adds an overlay to the screen when the player dies.
Your current name will display along with "Killed In Action."

This mod is best used with "bot/team names" mutators.

@ cool guy There's the permadeath mutator for that. You can have more lives than 1, but you can choose a fade-to-black effect when you die, from 5 seconds fade to instant black. I use it every session.
