This mod adds a new edict. Once activated, the following effects will remain in effect:

1. All current and future leaders will automatically gain the 'TRUE Eternal Paragon' trait, which grants immortality and reduces the cap on negative traits.
2. All negative traits on leaders will be automatically removed.
