PALA Lionfish Scheme

Description
A livery for the T/A-30 Compass, inspired by the lionfish scheme of an F-15DJ of the JASDF's Agressor Squadron. This livery is PALA only, but I also made a green version for BDF

I added the markings back, and also reduced the dirt slightly, in the original version it was basically missing entirely, but when I increased it, I kinda overdid it.

I must've forgotten to add those back after fixing a different issue. I'll fix this soon.

Very nice skin, but for some reason PALA and BDF markings on both skins are gone.
