The Legacy of the Maiden 1.37

UPDATED FOR 1.37.

Just a relatively quick and dirty set of edits to get the mod functioning for 1.37, there are still multiple localization bugs that I am aware of but it should be functional enough. Full credit to the original mod author, will be taken down upon request.

I do have some plans to actually add/change mechanics in the mod, but I have no idea whether that will come to fruition before EU5 comes out in the relatively near future.
