Description
I never found Stun Guns to be interesting mainly because of how they work and how it feels to use them, so to say.

In practice it's just a syringe gun that shoots a dart that can disappear forever which is sort of wasteful and also boring as you'd typically just sit and wait for the creature / human to suddenly "faint".

I tried to make it a little more fun to use if not more useful:
Stun Guns get hooked into someone or something much like a harpoon would, which causes shocks for as long as the user is aiming at their target. (if you stop aiming / holding right click then the wire/rope snaps off)
Regular darts can shock for 12.5 seconds and Fulgurium darts can shock for 8, as a tradeoff for much faster shock speed.
Beat Cop can increase shock speed by 25-50% (this is a vanilla feature but I figured it'd be worth mentioning)
Darts can be taken off of the creature or human they were attached to and then recharged in a battery array.

NOTE: Outpost guards will continue to use the old stun guns because they don't know how to use the new ones.
NOTE 2: I don't know if this mod is balanced enough as I only tested it on humans and basic enemies like Crawlers or Mudraptors.

Completely preventing someone from attacking you while they're zapped will be a thing once I get around to doing the affliction override.

personally, I think it should do some burn damage or faster zapping in water, would allow for more tactical usage like sure you can use it to stun a random guy, or if you are getting attacked, you can instantly shutdown an attack aimed at you
