Horrible Evil Tunnel

Description
Adds a new region that connects Outer Expanse and Submerged Superstructure.
It's just a tunnel.

Features:

- Tunnel. (Accessible normally for Survivor, Monk, and Gourmand, since they're the only 3 slugcats with both MS and OE)
- However, it DOES have unique names for every slugcat!
- Lantern / Neuron Glow recommended, since, as tunnels deep underground usually are, it's dark.

Spoilers:

The Submerged Superstructure connection is located in MS_VENT20, near the middle of the room surrounded by bubble weed.
The Outer Expanse connection is located in OE_FINAL02, very close to the shelter at the bottom of the room.
Inv can access it too. There is nothing wrong with the tunnel as Inv. Totally.

Updates:

- Updated to 1.1 for some visual changes. Thank you to everyone who has played the mod so far! Never expected it to get as popular as it has.

If you encounter any issues with it, please let me know in the comments. This is my first region mod (and mod in general), so there's bound to be some issues.

Update: I once teased the notion of having ideas for an even horribler eviler tunnel
After having tried to make such a reality I have come to the conclusion that a 400 room 1000+ screen tunnel is not something the game is ready for (it takes forever to load anything lmao)
Which is unfortunate, since I was looking forward to taking the record of biggest Rain World region
Maybe I'll try to make something less horrible and evil than that

@Northern Lights it doesn't, due to having a 3 letter acronym
i don't really feel like updating it to a 2 letter or 4 letter acronym
(I mean, not just because it'd remove the joke that it's OWO, but also because I really don't feel like updating all the rooms n stuff rn)
so, unless rain meadow gets updated at some point, the tunnel will not support rain meadow

does it work in meadow? because every time i attempt to go through the gate to it, from outer expanse, it freezes everyone in the gate but the host of the lobby
