Due to significant differences in appearance and structural elements compared to the previously released "Small Pharmacy," this asset has been submitted as a separate entry.

Main changes from "Small Pharmacy":
・Adjusted texture brightness levels and corrected overall color tone
・Added normal, specular, and illumination maps
・Remodeled the 3D mesh to match the updated textures
・Implemented new Level of Detail (LOD) models
・Removed text signage to simplify exterior elements
・Separated the signboard and outdoor unit into individual sub-meshes
・Updated snapshot, thumbnail, and tooltip images for improved visual clarity

以前に投稿した「小さな薬局（Small Pharmacy）」とは外観および構成要素に大きな差異があるため、本アセットは別アセットとして新規に公開しました。

「小さな薬局（Small Pharmacy）」からの主な変更点：
・テクスチャの明度バランスを調整し、全体の色調を修正
・ノーマルマップ、スペキュラマップ、イルミネーションマップを追加
・テクスチャの更新に合わせて3Dモデルを再構築
・LOD（Level of Detail）モデルを新たに追加
・文字入りの看板を削除
・看板および室外機を個別のサブメッシュとして分離
・視認性向上のため、スナップショット・サムネイル・ツールチップ画像を更新
