Description

大商家所有城市可建，小中城1座，大城2座，巨城3座
肥料厂、招商所追加使对应街区收入提升20%的属性
追加小宅四级建筑鸾凤居（小宅住七人，每月提供1000金钱和军粮收入，300治安和民心增长）、军营2级建筑集中营（军队上限加4），新商业建筑铸币厂（每月获得2000金钱收入，但民心每天降低2）

铸币厂改为了小中城2座，大城3座，巨城4座

慎用，加了这个mod后其他势力的AI会疯狂减铸币厂（没有数量和位置限制），导致民心疯狂掉
