MiMiscsWheelExplosionEffects Mod by Mikk

This Mod adds new cool wheel explosion effects to DayZ!
Configurable paricles and sounds (through the rebalance)!

I'm waiting for your comments and suggestions :)

Please, do not repack this mod. The actual number of subscribers will keep me
motivated for adding and updating my cool (I hope so) and free DayZ mods... :(



HOW TO CONFIGURE THIS MOD

You need to use your own rebalance mod:
  • Add mi_miscs_wheel_explosion_effects to the requiredAddons list (optional)
  • Override the explosionParticlesEnabled property to toggle explosion particles (true/false)
  • Override the explosionSoundEnabled property to toggle explosion sound (true/false)
  • Override the explosionParticlesName property to set the particle name (without the .ptc part, the default is contaminated_area_gas_grenade)
  • Override the explosionSoundTemplate property to use your own sound sets (the default is mi_miscs_wheel_explosion_%1_sound_set)
  • Override the explosionSoundType property to set the explosion volume (quiet/light/normal/loud/nuke)



EXPLOSION EFFECTS

Explosion particles:
  • Enabled for all CarWheel based items by default
  • Uses vanilla chem gas explosion visuals by default
  • Looks amazing :)

Explosion sound:
  • Enabled for all CarWheel based items by default
  • Volume depends on a wheel size: quiet, light, normal, lound and nuke
  • Default explosion volume is normal
  • Quiet explosion volume: not used in the default config
  • Light explosion volume: CivSedanWheel and Sedan_02_Wheel
  • Normal explosion volume: HatchbackWheel and Hatchback_02_Wheel
  • Loud explosion volume: Truck_01_Wheel and Offroad_02_Wheel
  • Nuke explosion volume: Truck_01_WheelDouble
  • Sounds... acceptable :)
