TSP Animate Rewrite - Walk Fix

Description
Simply fixes the slow jog animations for TSP's Animate - Rewrite, to revert to default. Good if you run ACE or just don't like the one-handed animation.

Hey Georg, thanks for this simple fix! This is by far the best one out of all the "walk fix" mods, since it only touches the walk aspect instead of uploading the whole "Animate Rewrite" mod. So we don't need to wait for updates everytime the original mod gets some update :)
