Description
Increases the size of army banners on the strategic map.

Modified files:
..\Libraries\Interface\Banners.clb

Modifications:
X-Y-Z Scale: 2.00 (doubles banner size)
Y Translate: -2.65 (lowers banner position to account for larger size)
