[Limbus Company] Status Effect Core

This is the core for the logic effects of each Status Effect, except Charge, using Actor dots (adots) and audio for Tremor Burst.

How the adots ideally work is that each have their own unique id so they can "stack" buffs with other skills/adots but not themselves.

Do note that this mod contains all status effects (except charge) "potency" from 1 to 99, so the files are bigger than average.
