NCE for Golden Bikini

I would like to thank Momoya, for creating the Golden Bikini mod and allowing me to upload this mod.

This is a No Cut Efficiency patch for the Golden Bikini mod by Momayo. It should be compatible with all translations

This mod does not supply the armor, it only removes Cut Efficiency and modifies Cut Resistance. Make sure to get the original Golden Bikini mod here:

NCE is a controversial mod and I have only installed it because a friend recommanded me to install it because of some issue with some vanilla armour
I don't think that Golden Bikini really need that but some people may want it just for consistency between their armour ( having an armor with cut resistance efficiency really stand out when all other armour don't have it.... maybe I should make a mod that just hide that value )
