FOTS - Saga Clan gets Alacrity trait

This mod replaces the Saga Clan 'Gunnery' trait, which gives +5 accuracy to artillery, with the Alacrity trait from the Nagoaka Clan, which gives 15% reloading skill to rifle units. The reason I did this is because Saga already starts close to a smithing resource, so accuracy is never much of a concern.

Because I can't actually remove the Gunnery trait, it's still technically there, but shows +0 accuracy. The trait stating that Saga starts the game trading with the west doesn't show on screen, but it is still active.

I'd personally recommend using this mod alongside the Better Clan Traits mod. Just remember placing my mod above theirs, so that you don't also get the improved Gunnery trait. Or don't. I won't judge.
