Description
Does exactly what the title says. I made this because the 100% Faster Research mod I normally use was a bit too fast in FOTS. I would recommend using that mod in vanilla and ROTS.

Works in vanilla, ROTS and FOTS.

@BAZINGA1990 Just the player. Doesn't remove the research cheats the AI gets in vanilla though, so this mod should put you on even ground on normal and higher
