Description
Adds dust/sand/snow trails to the wheels of SCars.
Effects from simfphys[github.com].

Check out SCars GUI+

Will cause errors if game is paused while particles are drawn, ignore this.

Console variables
1 = on, 0 = off
scars_trails_variance - On by default - Should trails mix in local lighting colors
scars_trails_strongdirt - Should trails use a stronger color for dirt
scars_trailsfun_superlocal - Should trail color be only reliant on local lighting
scars_trailsfun_supercolor - Should trail color be exagerrated

[GR|CMX]Shadowslayer[MCG][RCN] LVS has become an unusable and unplayable mess, not to mention that Luna killed off great bases like simfphys and LFS, LFS is completely gone and simfphys is bloated with the unoptimized guts poured from LVS. Not to mention that Luna self-sabotaged their mods so that you cannot make forks of it or use it on certain servers or if you have a certain ID. It's not the base that would've sucked (which now it does) but the creator is a jerk. Let's just end it there. no petty hate, just pure based facts. :steamthumbsup:

as a matter of fact, i'm using a classic right now (CW2.0 weapon base)

Mhmm, i do like both old and new setups when it comes to GMod, they're both quite interesting ways to play in this day and age. I usually rotate through many different options, whether it's classic mods like SCars and M9K, or more modern stuff that isn't necessarily bad since they do have some nifty features, but yeah classics never die, i use them a lot.

I think the base pack had those on release, but it's been more than a decade, so I'm not certain. Anyway, I'm glad to hear so many still enjoy it as much as I do :)

Perhaps. I haven't used it in like a year or two or even three, can't remember. Maybe this was added in the recent years?

@Virgiliu314 SCars comes with passenger seats, there's even a keybind for switching seats in the settings. Maybe the car pack you used doesn't have them?

SCars is good, i think it's great. But the reason i stopped using it personally is because it lacks one of the most fundamental features, passenger seats. And don't get me wrong, you can just weld a seat to the outside of it, but that'd be unsightly, make the passenger exposed to attacks + in a moment of rush you don't have time to place a seat and weld it, you just wanna run with friends.
