PRL '81: Firearms All-In-One Pack PORT

Disclaimer: this straight port has very bugged viewmodels.
these bugs are the following.
- SMG, Pistol, Grenade, Bugbait, RPG, Crossbow, shotgun, all have c hands clipping through the hev hands.
- Bugbait viewmodel fingers are completely broken.
- w_models for revolver and Crossbow are not in pm hands.

A part from those bugs the mod work fine.

Extra Note: Do not use HEV hand removers as that would also remove the hands on the AKM and the SVD.
