[ARC9] PolyArms Panzerfaust 3

Description
A single weapon inspired by the ARC9 PolyArms Project: the Panzerfaust 3. A semi-disposable rocket launcher with a big boom.

This is an improved version of the old addon with new animations and better stats.

Unrelated to the mod, but is it just me or is your Polyarms M249 missing a gunfire sound when I shoot.
