Toilet Of Doom's Alternate scream

Description
I found out that the disturbing noise that plays after 20-30 minutes from the closet in Hat Kid's bedroom shares the same screaming sound with the Toilet Of Doom. I decided to add the closet's tuba-like screaming noise for the Toilet Of Doom.

The first screaming noise is used only in Hat Kid's bedroom while the second one is both used for the toilet and the bedroom.
