Drawing development work from 2005, it is a rugged vehicle-and versatile enough to serve as an APC-with the specifications and capabilities designed in accordance with operational requirements of the Festonian Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies. Conceptualized as an inexpensive yet reliable means of transporting troops, it was put into production and active service on a full scale in 2007 after going through rigorous testing and modifications. The UI-design of the vehicle developed to be very pragmatic towards putting in the basic combat capabilities at a reasonable cost, allowing it to be deployed in military operations as well as police operations in dangerous situations.

The M760-larger pooling ability of ten troops, in full gear-makes fast-moving, secure transport possible in both urban and rural settings. It has been armored to offer protection according to STANAG 4569 Level 3. The sloped hull helps increase its ballistic resistance without making it heavy, which, in turn, means an existing degree of weight on agility for an APC that could be tackled in all sorts of terrains.

With assistance from a high-performance diesel engine, the vehicle hits a maximum top road speed of almost 100 kilometers per hour on paved and hardened surface, whereas the sturdy suspension setup tries off-road skills through dirt terrains. Modular construction ensures that a heavier armor plate, a remote weapon station, or special communications sets can be installed on the vehicle if need arises for the mission.
