Not So Magical Jeff [PM/NPC]

Jeff a character created by my dreams, he is typically a side character who aids his younger sister Kirara in their adventures. He is the only person that doesn't posses magical properties who knows about Kirara's secret identity of "Magical Girl Lala". His traits are that he is a narcissist as he is known for wanting to become popular and he loves motorcycles (sports bikes to be precise). Despite his narcissistic behaviour, Jeff remains loyal to Kirara by keeping her secret identity a secret even though he knows that revealing it would make him more popular.
