[VScript] Bot Jockey's "Teleport" Ability For Human Players

This script recreates and makes available to you the ability that bot jockeys have which seemingly makes them teleport onto your head from a medium range or if they're below you. It's not actually a teleport, it's some hard-coded stuff about bounding boxes that I'm not gonna dive into here, but it does look like a teleport to many.
