It seemed to have resolved eventually and now I'm not getting that error after about 40-50 minutes of working with it. Possibly and Steam issue as it kept saying I was subscribed to this mod even though I wasn't. I heard it does that from time to time. maybe I shoulda just let it sit for an hour to fix itself

Heads up, removing this and trying to use another PDA crashes my game on start immediately. STALKER tells me at the start screen there is a mod not working properly, shows this one, upon hitting resolve the game attempts to start, and crashes on the spot. I have rebooted, ensured this was not subscribed by myself multiple times however, there has been zero luck in resolving it thus far. Any advice??
