Description
A Downscaled Ships patch for Fran's NSC3 Patch of Rex Ranger's Stellar-Naval Ship Art Pack.

Yes, this shipset does come with a native DSS set, but I scaled everything down so that it was to the same scale as the ships are in Downscaled Updated and my NSC Downscaled patch.

Also, I struggled to find all the right values to scale down ships in this one, so if I missed anything, please tell me and I'll go fix it
