Adds tech tiers, repeatable info and related techs in tech descriptions.

Uses the concept system so that you can hover on related tech name to view that tech.

Current target version: 4.0.21.

Inspired by Sakuya Minagami's Technology Tree.

View code on GitHub[github.com]. History and backport versions are in the GitHub release page. The repository hosts the code to generate the localizations (uses CW Tools[github.com]).

Any would be fine. Bottom would be preferred.


Q1: I have a swapped technology (e. g. bio ship tech) but I got its original name in related techs.
A1: Blame PDX. Hovering on it shows correct name though.

Q2: Mod tech support?
A2: No. It would require one mod for each combination of mods (if they touch technologies). However the generator has mod support. You can generate one for your mods by yourself.
