Yellow LITE

Description
Yep, Muno gave me permission for this, not sure if it's fully balanced (Most probably isn't) but it's never bad have some nerfs when a character has some 'Overtuned' characteristics.

So... what changes did I made?

Staffless:
Dattack can't combo into itself too easily, having now an upwards angle that can be used for more variety on combos
Bair has more endlag
Dstrong launches more upwards and has a little bit less knockback
Dtilt now has a 45 angle turning it into a "get off me tool"
Most of Uspecial throws have been tweaked and the rod can't destroy projectiles
Uspecial when grabbing something puts in pratfall afterwards
Fstrong now takes almost twice to attack
Fspecial has less hitstun multiplier
Ustrong has less knockback base and scaling

Staff:
Start the combat without no charge
Tilts moving blocks and Aerials consume one extra bar but now can be activated by commands by holding ATTACK or STRONG.
Dattack has increased endlag and travels way less distance, also hurtbox extended
Ustrong now doesn't has infinite range
Dspecial TNT was reduced on knockback base and scaling
Fspecial now comsumes one extra bar

Also a few more tweaks here and there...
You may now cheer!

As an extra note: I have to thank Krispy Korpse by giving some ideas of balance changes.

Also, I would like to hear your feedback on what things should change, so together we can make Yellow LITE a better experience

@Lord X: Exactly. Plus permission is pointless. If you made a free mod based on someone else's copyrighted character for another game you didn't make, it'd be infantile to get mad at someone for making a variant of your mod.

No one gets mad at modders for using copyrighted characters without permission because needing permission for fan content/mods is absurd. No one even gets mad at modders who make alternate versions of the base characters even though it's the same concept. Should they ask Dan Fornace even though modding is part of the game?

Anyone who can't handle an unauthorized variant of their mod is missing the whole point of mod support. Plus most of them have no problem with making romhacks without permission.

It's a big part of the problem with the Mugen community. People upload broken, imbalanced, or incompatible characters & don't fix 'em but throw a tantrum & sometimes even quit modding just because they saw variants or reuploads of their characters on obscure sites even though Mugen modders know that's the nature of Mugen archiving.

They'd rather nearly everything be lost than have a system that gets them slightly less worship. I don't respect an artist who cares more about purism & fame (while using copyrighted characters without permission usually) than they do about users enjoying the art. I only get being mad if they don't give credit but Ketoro does.

The A Hat in Time mod community got decimated by whiny entitled modders. Tons of old mods are unusable because they won't recook 'em but won't let others do it & the lead dev supports their entitlement instead of supporting his broken game.

@Agent10008 ketoro does those edits and uploads them because he and his friends prefer other versions of characters and im pretty sure he HAS to upload them before they can play it, otherwise he would have to mod the game via the files instead of just clicking a button which is... PRETTY HARD TO DO AND ANNOYING. so, please, stop getting on his case people.

Thanks for addressing a majority of Yellow's most overtuned issues. Maybe it'll feel more fun fighting against this one!
