Description
This is just a simple English version of my Chinese MOD. I'm not very good at English, and I used DeepSeek to translate all the text. Please forgive any language or text issues.

In the original game, Tier 5 Tomes are unique items in a game, but their current strength fails to match their prestige. This mod significantly enhances the six Tier 5 Tomes, making them the ultimate goal for your build. Additionally, each tome skill now features a new enchantment exclusively for Mythical units, boosting their relevance and making your choice of tome even more important.

Adjusted AI behavior to prioritize researching Tier 5 Tomes and utilizing their skills.

Fixed a vanilla game bug where selecting "Book of the Nature Goddess" lacked a background graphic.

Potential Issues: Since this mod essentially overhauls the six Tier 5 Tomes and removes the vanilla versions, you may encounter issues unlocking related achievements.

1. Tome of the Nature Goddess
Natural Power: Critical Strike 20→30, Plague Damage 4→6
Forest Awareness: Added - All surface provinces gain Forest, all underground provinces gain Mushroom Forest
Vibrant Spring: Healing 40→60
Adds the building Nature Goddess Temple (can only be constructed in the capital): +5 Imperial Authority; +2 Gold, Mana, Production, and Recruitment per Lumber Mill in the region; +1 Imperial Authority. +1 Production Unit Level, granting them Nature Temple Guards (20 HP, 1 Physical/Magic Defense, increased range, accuracy, and damage for physical ranged attacks).
Adds Mythic Unit Enchantment - Nature Myth: +20 HP, 1 Physical/Magic Defense, +2 Status Resistance, +4 Plague Resistance, 25 Ranged Physical Damage; grants Regeneration to adjacent 2-tile area at end of action, dispels 1 negative status. Restores 10% HP at start of each turn.

2. Tome of the Divine Emperor
Divine Protection: Gains Supernatural Regeneration and Full Revival, lasting 5 turns
Exalted Warrior: Changed to 1-tile area skill; added effect - dispels all debuffs
Imperial Wrath: 20→30 Mental Damage (doubled in enemy territory), Inflicts 1→2 layers of Despair, lasting 5 turns
Mass Resurrection: 50%→80% HP revival
Adds Mythic Unit Enchantment - Order Myth: +20 HP, 1 Physical/Magic Defense, +2 Status Resistance, +4 Mental Resistance, 4 Mental Damage; Loyalty, Zeal. +5% Evasion per movement tile; attacks inflict Hindrance on enemies.

3. Tome of the Chaos Lord
Summon Balor: Population cost reduced 2→1; summons Legendary-rank Balor
Demonic Surge: +20 Critical Strike, +50 Flank Damage
Incite Rebellion: Added - After 1 turn, inflicts 2 turns of "Divided Mind" on all enemy subordinates; during siege, -90% Recruitment
Summon Chaos Avatar: Additionally deals 20 Fire Damage to all enemies and inflicts Divided Mind for 2 turns
Adds Mythic Unit Enchantment - Chaos Myth: +20 HP, 1 Physical/Magic Defense, +2 Status Resistance, +4 Fire Resistance; +20% Melee Damage, 20% Critical Strike. Transforms into a Gremlin after killing an enemy; gains 3 layers of Enhancement and 1 layer of Standing Firm when HP < 30%.

4. Tome of the Eternal Monarch
Wither Mist: Damage increased to 20, Debuff chance increased to 120%, +2 layers of Weakening
Army of the Dead: Original spell's map casting cost halved; unit spawns more stable. Unlocks a high-tier spell: Summons 3-4 tier high-level units, guaranteed to include a Bone Dragon.
True Death Magic: +6 Frost Damage; additionally effective against Undead
Battlefield Reanimation: 80% HP revival; enemies revive as Skeleton Units
Adds Mythic Unit Enchantment - Shadow Myth: +20 HP, 1 Physical/Magic Defense, +4 Frost Resistance; -5 Morale and 10 Frost Damage to adjacent 1-tile area at end of turn; Slows. Revives once with 50% HP; Life Steal.

5. Tome of Creator
Construct Earthshatter Engine: Truly destroys all walls as described. The Earthshatter Engine becomes the ultimate battlefield dominator - slow movement, but devastating damage. Deals 40 AoE True Damage to any enemy, applying original debuffs and Weakening.
Titan Manifestation: Effect range increased to 2 tiles; +40 Physical Damage
Crushing Quake: Damage increased to 40, Stun chance increased to 70%; directly destroys all obstacles
Shaper's Touch: HP 10→30, Lightning Resistance 2→4
Adds Mythic Unit Enchantment - Matter Myth: 40 HP, 2 Physical/Magic Defense, +2 Status Resistance; Physical/Magic Defense doubles against non-flank attacks. Attacker takes 8 Physical Damage and 30% chance to Stun when hit.

6. Tome of the Archmage
Stellar Journey: All enemy units in the target province and adjacent provinces take 30 Lightning Damage, -4 Lightning Resistance
Time Stop: +3 layers of Ionization
Cosmic Overdrive: +6 Lightning Damage; additionally effective against Spirits
Disruption Surge: Returns to origin - dispels all ally debuffs and enemy buffs; Enchantment 失效 (Disenchantment) duration increased to 3 turns
Adds Mythic Unit Enchantment - Stellar Myth: +20 HP, 1 Physical/Magic Defense, +4 Lightning Resistance; +25% Magic Damage. Gains 4 random buffs at end of turn; escapes 3 tiles and restores 50 HP when dealt fatal damage.

Heya, I think there may be a bug with Forest Awareness where, if you've vassalised another Godir, you can't cast the spell-- the game interprets it as an act of hostility against the vassal and outright doesn't let you do it

@HeartSickOkra After testing the ascension traits for tier 5 is still available. As it used Tag connecting way and I didn't change the Tag for tier 5 Tomes

Maybe you can upload a translation mod with the better translated po document in it like any other translation mod, then maybe I can delete the English version. Or if you worried about the translation mod will have some problem when people have the incorrect sorting, you can send the better translated po document to me. @HeartSickOkra maybe I will find way to solve it. Also I remember some event can give you the tier 5 tomes but I can't find the name of that event because of my Archive lost. IF anyone can provide the event name in English that would be fine

@旧蜀狂客 I have noticed some issues with the translation that are not critical flaws but do make the mod harder to understand. I would like to help you with the translation how would you like me to go about doing so or would you prefer me to back off?
@HeartSickOkra unless the mod author deliberately added the ascension traits I think that would fall under the Potential Issues section of the mod.

You said in the description that this removes the vanilla version of the tomes. Does this affect the ascension traits tied to each tome (besides shadow) on ascending to pantheon?

@skaz88 I just checked the mod page for the Chinese version of this mod has a full list of changes and new spells. I put it through Google Translate and it was interpretable
