The United States entered Iraq 5 years prior with the help of their impossibly advanced military technologies. But somehow, Iraqi soldiers were jus thuggin' thru that ♥♥♥♥ like real G's. Furious by watching live footage of a bunch of Iraqi YNs fighting off the entire United States military with nothing more than AK automatic rifles, white Toyota Tacomas, and the occasional sniper rifle and RPG, Bush decided to use an experimental time machine to kill "Evil ass thuggin', mackin', and pimpin" at it's roots. Stepping into the Fent Reactor, Bush's whole body materialized back in 1966. Which would be ideal for him, if his ♥♥♥♥ didn't get laced with fent. Now he has SpaceGhostPurrp-esque schizophrenic rants while chilling in the World Trade Center.

Now, George W. Bush has access to dominate more than the entire globe. Skies darken. Hope falls. Outlying Pimps and Thugs, wrongly thought inferior by George W. Bush lay scattered throughout City 17 awaiting their salvation by the faithful resistance.
