Run-Hip Fire Transition Enhanced (with a Gung-Ho mutator!)

Another Quality of life mutator by me, to make hip fire slightly more useful ingame.

This script temporarily blocks the player’s sprint input whenever the left mouse button is pressed. While firing, it either keeps the player moving at 1.75x speed (if “MaintainSprint” is enabled and Shift was held) or reverts to normal walking speed. Once the mouse button is released, it enforces a cooldown (using “RestoreDelay”) during which sprint remains disabled; after that delay, sprint input is re-enabled.
