Vehicle Fall Damage Dampener

Description
QOL Script that scales fall damage when landing on vehicles by a specified amount (via ConVar), inspired by games like Dying Light and Assassins Creed. (Also includes fancy effects!!)

ConVar:
-VFDD_scale 0.25 | lower means less damage

This is very good. The only problem is that the jalopy is unaffected.
