This is probably caused by Alcohol Mod , as i saw an comment about it being lagging the game.

And also PLEASE do not install this mod with the other PPGARMY remake mod that has been made al ong time ago, stuff will conflict with eachother so i reccomend you keep this one mod enabled and other one disabled
