Re-upload of Lucio's Officers mod for Cathay, Kislev, and Khorne Warriors updated for 6.1

NB: As is evident, this is not my original work. I originally re-uploaded this as it has not been updated since 2022. I also wanted to use it to learn from and expand upon. But trying to teach an old dog new tricks is hard, especially when there's a lot of reading. Finally found my way to Cataph's submodding guide...my head still hurts.

Hoping to understand how this is achieved so one day I can expand upon it, like the Command group in ZC EMPIRE COMMAND GROUP (a truly awesome mod).

Granted this is an ambitious goal as I'm not a modder just a tinker, but hey people can dream.
