compression and removal of useless b42 edition

added fabric type to clothes that were missing it, so theyre deconstructable now (??)

adjusted backpack encumbrance values, bigger carry bags have less encumbrance reduction, vice versa

Hah I've been doing this too but the other way around for 42 only. Merged all the frockin splendors into one mod and compressed all their textures to x256
