Add "Task AI" block and "Move AI" block then set to "follow home" or "follow player" and "wander".
if doing "follow Home" then build a "sub grid" attached to a rotor using small blocks and add a beacon with any custom name. Use this beacon as your "Home" and set the ai task block to follow home and select the wander while idle box. Keep the range at default of 0 and 1. If built outside it may not enter base area but will instead wander the nearby area (add a turret for a wandering self defense around your base). If built inside (like in your hangar) then you'll have to add something to keep it inside (not sure if it will work inside though). I would recommend adding 1 solar to top to keep battery charged (if doing vacuum type) or swap collector with medium cargo and add 2nd battery (where current cargo is) and add a turret to top moving the gyro in both cases to side near a thruster or bottom (if turret type) and some armor so it doesn't get destroyed on site.
