This is a patch to make neki cities spawn on the populated cities in Citybound.

Of course, you will need these two mods for this mod:
Neki City
Citybound

You wont find any neki camps on populated planets even with this mod as you wouldn't think of a highly civilized planet as a place to camp, right?
