EZ1/Chapter 0 Bad Cop Playermodel

Description
Changes Bad Cop's model to instead replace him with his EZ1/Metrocop/Metropolice/Chapter 0 Counterpart.

Goes along pretty well with xdxdxd's "EZ1 Bad Cop" Addon, showcased in the third image.

Talking about a EZ1 Voiceset,
"EZ2 Development vid - First steps in EZ2"
has Bad Cop's EZ1 voice in it, prob before it was replaced by Trivvy's Bad Cop Voice.
