Description
It can be quite annoying receiving 'Be at war', 'take X settlements', 'Recruit X' missions, interrupting the natural flow of campaigns. Removes all chapter and random missions, so there's more freedom in setting the campaign course.

Recommended with Victory Conditions Overhaul 2 for meaningful campaign goals.

Inspired by No Chapter Missions, fixing it's invalid data pack name and adding the random missions.
