Create and integrate provinces EK2

Description
“The Empire is not built in a day, nor ruled by a single sword—but by provinces forged in faith, fire, and ambition.”

This submod introduces a province system to EK2, allowing players to found, integrate, and organise formal provinces across Tamriel. Whether serving the Imperial Dragon Throne or the Aldmeri Dominion, realms can now expand with greater structure and strategic depth. The system is rooted in Elder Scrolls lore and adds new decisions, mechanics, and localisation to enhance imperial administration and gameplay variety. The provinces were inspired by the native regions in the EK2 and follow them, they are meant to serve as political governance units of the Empire that control Tamriel for easy management.

Key Features:
✅ New Province Decisions: Introduces two unique decision paths that allow players to create and integrate provinces based on their governing empire—either the Cyrodiilic Imperials or the Aldmeri Dominion.

✅ Custom Province Icons: Over 30 icons bring visual distinction to regions such as Anequina, the Gold Coast, Grahtwood, Wrothgar, the Alik’r, Abecean, Deshaan, and more. Icons were taken from EK2 nativity and shaped to fit the description square boxes as icons, so they were not made by me but by the amazing team of EK2.

✅ Scripted Integration Mechanics: Provinces are incorporated through balanced mechanics that simulate the administrative challenges of expanding imperial control.

✅ Coat of Arms Enhancements: Each province features a custom heraldic design, ensuring a consistent visual identity that fits seamlessly into the Elder Scrolls setting. Some of the coats of arms were made by me, others were found on the internet and modified to fit the province location. Because I got annoyed with making them, I also copied some from EK2's other kingdoms formable kingdoms.

✅ Native Compatibility: Built specifically for Elder Kings 2, this submod integrates smoothly into ongoing campaigns without disrupting core systems.

If you enjoy structured, lore-driven gameplay and want your realm to feel more grounded in the politics and geography of Tamriel, this submod offers a rewarding new layer of depth.

Let your provinces rise, and may your legacy shape the destiny of Nirn.

Compatibility:
This submod is built specifically for Elder Kings 2 and is meant to be loaded after EK2 in your load order. It is compatible with version last version of EK2.

Warning:
English is not my first language, so the mod "may" contain some errors in "English". Also, I'm not very skilled in design, but I did my best to create the decisions.

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for.

Ziege: Sorry, but no. I was going to do it, but normally other empires do not want to conquer the whole of Tamriel — it's usually done by the Imperials and the Altmers, who have these ambitions in the Elder Scrolls lore. But if you form the Tamriel Empire, you can use this mod.

For now its available for:
Tamriel Empire
Cyrodill
Aldmeri Dominion
Alinor

Maybe, I make a generic in the future but for now its going to be bug fixes and improvements:

I meant for empires other than the aldmeri and cyrodillic ones, like the nordic hegemony etc.

Ziege: Sorry, I did not understand what you mean by "generic version" and using the "nativity regions".

The nativity regions were used to base the *de_jure* only, and nothing more.

This mod is really nice! but i gotta ask, is there gonna be a generic version? perhaps using the nativity regions?

Abaçı: I guess if you want to see it that way, I made it for myself and just decided to upload it.

So this is a new and improved Imperial Provinces mod?
