Legendary and Epic armor

Description
This mod allows epic and legendary armor and weapons to drop from chests on missions.

epic armor and weapons have 3 prefix stats and 2 suffix.
Legendary armor and weapons have 3 prefix and 3 suffix stats
other stats and armor values are the same as rares.

drop chances:
silver chest: 20% for epic, 10% for legendary
gold chest: 50% for epic, 30% for legendary
Platinum chest: 50% for epic and legendaries

Naming system for gear is random but changes when you change the "prefix' and "suffix" of the gear.
only one prefix and suffix can be changed total.

changes tweak/loot/chests.sval and scripts/Items/equipment.as

equipment givers now have a chance to offer gear up to legendary and have 8 options instead of 5.... at least they will now offer useful gear XD

OK fantastic! Looks like my previous save backup is good.

Unfortunately my brother is probably screwed because he didn't have a backup lol.

for those who logged on their characters during the fix, you might have to revert back to a previous save

Looks like the update for this mod might have just bricked all our legendaries & epics? They're all showing up with ??? as the name with negative stats and can't be enchanted, etc.

Legendaries will now show up as a red colored icon... Special thanks to Muffinslop for helping figure this out.
Unfortunately there's no way to ensure compatibility with Things and stuff 2 since it would bork how our mods work :(

That unfortunately i cannot fix since the legendary changes I made involve the same file they did to make legendary potion equipment
